Ring Galaxies, Strangest and Rarest in the Universe, Explained...Except For One

This video explains the formation of ring galaxies, which are often the result of collisions between two or three galaxies in the past. It also deals with a particular ring galaxy called a Hoag's Object, for which we currently have no plausible explanation for how it formed because there are no other galaxies nearby.
